Payment Method and Billing Address

To ensure the successful submission of orders through our API, it is mandatory for all users to set a primary payment method and default billing address of the store. This step must be completed before any order submissions can be processed.

Importance of Setting a Primary Card

Orders submitted via our API require a valid primary payment method to be associated with your account. This ensures seamless transaction processing and order fulfillment without unnecessary delays or manual intervention.

How to Set Your Primary Payment Method

Setting your primary payment method is a straightforward process, accessible through the following URLs:

Production Environment: Set Primary Payment Method

Sandbox Environment: Set Primary Payment Method (Sandbox)

Steps:

Navigate to the appropriate URL based on your environment (Production or Sandbox).

Add a new payment method if you haven't already done so.

Set your preferred payment method as the primary card.

Optional: You can set a secondary card which we can charge instead if the primary card has any issue.

Optional: You can also opt to use your wallet balance before using your saved credit card. If there is not enough balance on your wallet, your primary/secondary card will be used.

How to Set Your Store's default billing address

Steps:

Navigate to Store > Store Settings (of the store you want to use)

Enter your billing address information under Billing Address card

Tick Mark as default billing address checkbox

Click Save button
