To ensure the successful submission of orders through our API, it is mandatory for all users to set a primary payment method and default billing address of the store. This step must be completed before any order submissions can be processed.
Orders submitted via our API require a valid primary payment method to be associated with your account. This ensures seamless transaction processing and order fulfillment without unnecessary delays or manual intervention.
Navigate to the appropriate URL based on your environment (Production or Sandbox).

Log in with your account credentials.

Add a new payment method if you haven't already done so.
4.
Set your preferred payment method as the primary card.
5.
Optional: You can set a secondary card which we can charge instead if the primary card has any issue.
6.
Optional: You can also opt to use your wallet balance before using your saved credit card. If there is not enough balance on your wallet, your primary/secondary card will be used.
